In the current version, your journal content stays locally on your iPhone. Positivity Journal does not receive or read it.
No. Both permissions are optional. Photos are used only when you add a photo, and the microphone is used only when you record a voice note.
Open Settings and choose Backup & export. Save the exported backup somewhere private and trusted. The exported file is not protected by your journal passcode.
Open Settings, choose Restore from backup, and select a Positivity Journal backup. Review the confirmation before completing the restore.
The passcode protects access on that iPhone. Keep a current backup in a private location so you can protect your memories before reinstalling or resetting the app.
Open Settings, choose Recently Deleted, then permanently remove the item. Your chosen retention setting can also remove deleted items automatically.
